Job Description:
We're seeking a Social Content Creator with 2-4 years of experience to join our social media team. This role focuses on creating high-performing visual and video assets for LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, and Instagram while maintaining brand consistency. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented self-starter who can quickly turn around content requests, ask smart questions about the brand, and proactively manage multiple projects across various markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Create high-performing social media assets for LinkedIn (primary platform), YouTube, Reddit, and Instagram
Design content using Canva (primary design tool) while adhering to brand guidelines
Produce AI-generated video content using Lumen5
Organize and prioritize incoming content requests across various markets
Proactively communicate status updates and manage timelines
Quickly create new asset variations on request while staying on brand and message
Localize copy for English-speaking markets outside of the U.S.
Collaborate using tools like Wrike, SharePoint, and Opal to communicate cross-platform
Demonstrate strong comprehension of brand voice and visual identity
Qualifications:
2-4 years of experience creating social media content across multiple platforms
Proficiency in Canva (required)
Experience with AI video creation tools; Lumen5 experience is a plus
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Self-starter who can work independently and manage competing priorities
Strong communication skills with ability to proactively provide updates
Ability to quickly adapt to brand guidelines and ask thoughtful questions
Experience with Wrike and Opal is ideal
Creating content for travel and expense or B2B is ideal but not required
Experience with employee advocacy programs and/or tools is a plus
Experience localizing content for English-speaking markets outside of the U.S. is a plus
Work Location:
100% Remote (preferred candidates in MST or PST time zones)

- Opal and Wrike experience is ideal.

This is a Contract position based out of Minneapolis, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
