Job Description
• Own and manage centralized intake and workflow execution for Legal requests
• Enforce intake standards, prioritization, and escalation paths across Legal
• Operate and maintain Legal systems (CLM, intake systems, procurement system, matter management platform)
• Serve as the first operational layer for routine legal work using playbooks and templates
• Reduce friction, rework, and ad hoc escalations through process enforcement
• Track and surface trends related to intake volume, turnaround time, and spend
• Identify recurring operational issues and drive process improvements
• Partner with attorneys and cross-functional stakeholders to keep Legal running efficiently
Job Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in legal operations, contract management, or a similar execution-heavy legal role
- Ability to design practical workflows while also handling day-to-day execution and real-time questions from the business, balancing immediate delivery with long-term scalability
- Comfort enforcing process, prioritizing work, and exercising discretion
- Ability to identify risk, patterns, and recurring friction points across Legal workflows
- Ability to manage intake and workflows independently without constant oversight
- Clear, confident communicator who knows when and how to escalate
- Experience working with Legal tools (CLM, intake systems, procurement system, matter management platform)
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
