• Create innovative, thought-provoking insights content
• Develop new insights through thought leadership
• Demonstrate thought leadership in establishing Insights positions
• Research, analyze and predict market trends
• Provide actionable advice to clients
• Create and deliver high-value presentation materials
• Support sales by driving engagement with clients
• Identify research process improvements
• Mentor and coach junior team members
• Actively seek to help clients engage regularly with Gartner insights
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 12+ years of relevant field or industry experience
- Experience in Strategic Workforce Planning
- Experience analyzing workforce trends, forecasting talent needs, and developing strategies to align human resources with organizational goals
- Proven ability to collaborate across departments
- Strong organizational skills
- Demonstrate excellence in research and writing ability
- Strong written and verbal proficiency, analytical and presentation skills
- Proficient in analyzing and synthesizing data
- Subject matter expertise in the global competitive landscape
