Role Description

We are looking for enthusiastic candidates who wish to establish a fulfilling career in the insurance sector. No previous licensing is required, as we will assist you through the licensing process.

• Consult with clients to evaluate their insurance requirements and create customized solutions.
• Present and recommend various insurance products, including Life, Health, and Retirement options.
• Provide continuous support to clients, nurturing and sustaining positive relationships.
• Manage leads and follow up with prospective clients (training will be provided).
• Stay updated on industry standards, trends, and compliance regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow.
• Basic computer skills.
• No prior insurance experience is necessary; training will be provided.
