- Assist new and existing clients by providing clear information about benefit options
- Support clients throughout the enrollment and service process
- Communicate with clients daily, ensuring their questions are answered with professionalism, accuracy, and care

- Assess client needs and provide tailored recommendations based on their goals and circumstances
- Help clients understand available coverage options and assist them in making informed decisions
- Respond promptly to questions, provide follow-up support, and maintain clear communication with clients
- Develop and maintain professional relationships that support long-term client satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records while adhering to company policies and applicable state regulations
- Manage appointments efficiently while maintaining productivity in a remote work environment
