Role Description
This role involves managing and maintaining PeopleSoft applications.
- Responsible for creating, modifying, and maintaining application engine programs, SQR programs components, and interfaces within the PeopleSoft HCM suite (Core HR; Payroll; Benefits; Compensation & Performance; Employee Self-Service & Portal; BI Reporting & Public Queries).
- This software is used to perform everyday business operations for the Financials application.
- Works closely with the team to assess business needs and determining / implementing solutions.
- Creates conceptual design documents, participates in technical design, coding and building interfaces, reports and custom programs as needed and provides support to the functional team.
Qualifications
- Excellent problem-solving skills, and ability to focus on both the big picture and attention to detail.
- Experience with PeopleSoft HCM, preferably 9.x.
- 5 years minimum work experience in Application Analysis, Design, Software Development and implementation.
- Knowledge of PeopleSoft administration skills, including configuration of Web Server domains, Application Server domains, Process Schedulers.
Requirements
- Ability to apply patches using Change assistant server and PUM servers.
- Perform migrations of projects.
