Role Description

The Associate Director of Sales & Growth is a high-impact, individual contributor role focused on aggressively expanding the firm’s U.S. enterprise footprint.

  • Drive net-new logo acquisition among top U.S. enterprises to enhance market presence.
  • Define and implement strategies to expand the digital transformation portfolio through partnerships and cloud-hyperscale alliances.
  • Develop deep, long-term relationships with new enterprise clients and identify high-value digital transformation opportunities.
  • Partner with delivery and technology teams to structure complex solutions and ensure strategic alignment for client success.
  • Represent the organization at key industry events and contribute to the development of new digital service offerings.
  • Aim for a 30% year-over-year revenue increase by securing at least three new Fortune 100-500 clients annually.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree is required (preferably in Business, Computer Science, or a related field).
  • 15+ years of experience in sales and growth within the digital services or technology consulting sector.
  • Proven track record of closing large, complex deals and acquiring Fortune 100-500 clients.
  • Deep experience in digital transformation strategies, including PaaS/SaaS and Cloud-hyperscale partnerships.
  • Consistently carried and exceeded individual sales quotas through proactive outreach and pipeline development.
