Job Overview
PlanetArt is seeking a talented, driven, and highly analytical Supply Chain Data Analyst to join our Operations and Supply Chain team. This role will leverage data to drive business decisions, improve customer experience, and reduce cost across a complex global fulfillment network supporting multiple brands, 3PL partners, and print-on-demand production models.

The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, hands-on SQL experience, and an understanding of cost accounting concepts related to COGS, carrier spend, and vendor pricing in a large-scale e-commerce environment.

This is a remote, work-from-home position.


What You’ll Do
Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and execute analyses that uncover cost optimization opportunities and support data-driven business decisions
  • Develop tools and reporting to monitor worldwide shipping method accuracy across all fulfillment locations
  • Build and automate freight cost and carrier performance reporting for internal stakeholders and business partners
  • Design exception-based reporting to identify outliers, pricing gaps, and performance issues
  • Validate and reconcile complex, high-volume 3PL invoices at the transaction level, ensuring alignment with print-on-demand and apparel costing models, including labor, materials, fulfillment, and carrier charges
  • Identify billing discrepancies, pricing gaps, and systemic cost leakage impacting COGS and margin accuracy
  • Support weekly and ad-hoc reporting on carrier pricing, spot quotes, and continuous improvement opportunities
  • Analyze and recommend the most cost-effective shipping modes while balancing service and customer experience
  • Collaborate closely with Operations, Finance, and IT teams to implement scalable processes, reporting, and system improvements
     
What You Should Have
Skills, Qualifications, and Requirements
  • BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience using advanced Excel tools (pivot tables, lookups, Power Query, etc.)
  • Advanced SQL skills, including experience pulling and validating data from relational databases (MySQL preferred)
  • Experience supporting BI tools such as Tableau or similar analytics platforms
  • Experience in data mining, analysis, reporting, and transaction-level cost reconciliation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage, analyze, and translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights
  • Strong business partnership skills, with the ability to influence decisions using data
  • Demonstrated aptitude for root-cause analysis and identifying underlying cost drivers
  • Ability to consult with and educate stakeholders on how operational decisions impact cost and performance.

Pay Range

  • Pay Rate: ₱90,000 to ₱115,000 per month
