Role Description
This role offers a unique opportunity to shape and elevate the visual identity of a high-growth, data-driven marketing organization. The Senior Designer will create compelling marketing assets across digital and print, develop brand guidelines, and collaborate closely with marketing, product, and design teams to ensure consistent, high-impact visual storytelling. You will drive creative innovation, producing everything from website graphics and social media content to presentations, animations, and custom iconography.
- Develop, maintain, and evolve brand identity guidelines, including logos, color palettes, typography, and overall visual systems in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies
- Design high-quality marketing assets for digital and print channels, including website graphics, social media visuals, email templates, advertisements, brochures, presentations, and event collateral
- Collaborate closely with marketing managers, copywriters, product teams, and engineers to translate business objectives into visually compelling stories
- Participate in creative brainstorms and generate original design concepts that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and brand consistency
- Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine and optimize visual outputs
- Monitor design trends, tools, and best practices to keep creative output innovative and relevant
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design or similar roles within in-house creative teams or agencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communication Design, or a related field
- Expert proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma
- Experience with motion graphics, animation tools (e.g., After Effects), or generative AI design tools is a plus
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and versatility across multiple media
- Exceptional creativity, strategic problem-solving, and the ability to align design work with business goals
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
