Role Description

This position is for a Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst - REMOTE. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in bridging business needs with technical solutions.

• Gather requirements and collaborate closely with various teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of ServiceNow applications.
• Deliver impactful, high-quality solutions that align with organizational goals.
• Drive efficiency and innovation within diverse client environments while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Accountabilities

• Engage business stakeholders to identify, document, and prioritize functional and non-functional requirements for ServiceNow implementations.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Conduct workshops, interviews, and process mapping sessions to capture workflows.
• Collaborate with ServiceNow developers and architects to translate requirements into configurations and workflows.
• Validate design proposals to ensure they align with best practices.
• Support data model, integration, and UI/UX design discussions.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and UAT cycles.
• Define and execute test cases, coordinating user acceptance testing.
• Configure solutions within the ServiceNow SPM suite, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Contribute to process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of business analysis experience, with at least 2 years focused on ServiceNow implementations.
• Deep understanding of Strategic Portfolio Management concepts.
• Proven experience implementing ServiceNow SPM for enterprise clients.
• Experience with SPM and additional ServiceNow modules.
• Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering and process design in an Agile environment.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid development methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding integration points with other enterprise systems.
