- Engage with members to understand their insurance and financial protection needs
- Educate clients on life insurance and supplemental benefit options
- Guide members through the application and enrollment process
- Provide ongoing policy support, including reviews and claims guidance
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Build long-term, trust-based relationships with members
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivation and a goal-oriented mindset
- Comfort using digital tools and working in a remote environment
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Sales or customer service experience (preferred but not required)
- Candidates must be eligible to obtain a Life Insurance License (training and licensing support provided)

- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must be physically located within the United States
