Role Description

You are the central hub of the campaign launch process. Your mission is to take a signed contract from Sales and partner with our Account Managers (AMs) to hunt down every asset needed for a perfect launch.

  • Partner with AMs to coordinate with Sales and Clients, securing logos, copy, URLs, and specific Geofencing coordinates needed to build the campaign.
  • Manage creatives by submitting requests to the design team and bridging the gap between client feedback and final production, ensuring ad copy in both English and Spanish is grammatically correct and culturally resonant.
  • Audit all materials before they go to Fulfillment, verifying that banner specs, video formats, and data lists meet strict platform requirements to prevent launch delays.
  • Submit the final digital marketing orders and stay on top of the Fulfillment team for status updates, ensuring "Go Live" dates are met.
  • Proactively nudge Sales, Clients, and internal teams for missing assets, ensuring no project stalls out in the "pending" phase.
  • Transition the handling of the account to the AM for long-term management once the campaign is live and verified.

Qualifications

  • Fully bilingual and biliterate in English and Spanish.
  • 2+ years in a high-volume Customer Service, Agency Coordinator, or Ad Ops role.
  • Hands-on experience navigating and updating CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) to manage project pipelines.

  • Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in all aspects of work.
