Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of proven account management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and project management
- Advanced negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities
- Excellent time management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities
- NY / NJ Life & Health licenses required
- Delaware and/or Pa License a plus
- Computer proficiency required – MS Office suite, Excel, Word and Power Point required, Salesforce CRM a definite plus
