Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of professional experience in HR, legal, or compliance roles managing employment compliance programs (AAPs, EEO-1, pay equity reporting, or similar)
- Qualified applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
- Minimum of 2 years of experience drafting position statements in response to EEOC/state agency charges
- Experience leading cross‑jurisdictional, cross‑functional projects that translate legal requirements into practical, scalable business operations
- Strong understanding of federal and state employment laws and regulations, including Title VII, ADA, FMLA, and FLSA
- Experience working with in-house and external counsel.
- Demonstrated success independently planning and executing work to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to interpret complex data and legal information and convey it clearly and concisely.
