This role involves owning the entire billing stack, administering metering, usage, and billing logic for complex products, and driving the monthly invoicing process end-to-end for accuracy. The manager will also partner with Product and Engineering to implement billing logic for new products and support pricing rollouts.

The lead will serve as a bridge between NASA stakeholders and Company engineering teams, coordinating across a portfolio of projects, owning scope, objectives, and timelines, and representing the company in technical forums with NASA. This role is responsible for architecting, scaling, and optimizing the strategic channel ecosystem by designing and executing a multi-year indirect revenue strategy through world-class reseller and alliance partnerships.
