Job Description
Job Requirements
- 5+ years in a data science role with a proven track record of delivering impactful, production-grade solutions.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python, with deep expertise in the data science ecosystem (e.g., PyTorch, Transformers, scikit-learn, and XGBoost/LightGBM).
- Demonstrated experience with Generative AI concepts, including practical application in developing and testing GenAI solutions.
- Experience building Agentic Workflows and implementing RAG architectures.
- Familiarity with MLOps best practices and deploying models into production.
- Expertise in LLM evaluation frameworks (e.g., RAGAS, DeepEval) and implementing guardrails for reliable customer-facing outputs.
- Strong foundation in statistics, including hypothesis testing, experimental design, and causal inference to ensure the reliability of analytical insights.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, with a strong preference for Microsoft Azure (e.g., Azure AI Studio, Foundry).
- Excellent communication skills to translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights, paired with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
- Familiarity with coding in C# and .NET to better integrate with ServiceTitan’s core engineering environment.
