Job Description
- Design and create custom Canvas and Model-driven apps to digitize business processes.
- Develop complex workflows, cloud flows, and business process flows using Power Automate.
- Build data models, manage relationships within Dataverse, and connect to SQL Server or SharePoint.
- Integrate Power Apps with Microsoft 365, Azure, and third-party systems, performing rigorous testing and debugging.
- Use SQL to develop and implement procedures and functions.
- Help Desk Support for software tickets.
- Collaborate with other developers to design, build, and maintain our application.
- Provide technical support to users by researching and answering questions, troubleshooting problems, and maintaining software performance.
- Improve user experience by writing and maintaining documentation.
- Provide answers to clients by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding users through corrective steps.
- Provide on-call support as necessary.
- Maintain workflow outcomes by updating and documenting all changes.
- Assist with maintaining system backup information on a daily schedule.
- Assist with controlling user access and privileges to secure information.
- Assist with performing initial and continued training of employees on proper usage of systems.
- Attend educational workshops and complete HIPAA and other compliance training.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform components (Apps, Automate, Dataverse).
- Knowledge of a wide range of PC computer systems, software and applications.
- Experience in PowerApps, JavaScript, Python, Excel, APIs and Power BI.
- Ability to perform routine preventive maintenance on systems software and applications.
- Awareness of current technological developments/trends in the area of focus.
- Records maintenance skills.
- Ability to provide direction to resolve technological issues.
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a diverse community.
- Ability to diagnose software problems and coordinate solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Thorough understanding of departmental and company procedures and policies.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Ability to learn industry-specific SaaS platforms and provide support.
