Job Description
Role Summary
We are seeking a high-potential new graduate to join Solvoyo as a Solution Consultant & Inbound Sales Associate. This is a full-time, entry-level role designed for candidates graduating May 2026 or earlier, interested in the intersection of technology, supply chain strategy, and commercial problem-solving.
In this role, you will work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to support inbound sales efforts, design customer-facing solution narratives, and help prospective customers understand how Solvoyo’s AI-driven planning platform can transform their operations.
What You’ll Do
1) Discovery & Customer Research Support
• Support inbound discovery calls by researching customer industries, business models, and planning challenges.
• Assist in documenting customer workflows, pain points, and planning maturity.
• Help synthesize discovery insights into clear internal summaries.
2) Solution & Demo Support
• Assist in building and tailoring demo environments across demand, supply, inventory, and fulfillment planning.
• Help translate platform capabilities into clear business narratives.
• Prepare demo storyboards, walkthroughs, and presentation materials.
3) Inbound Sales Cycle Support
• Support qualification and follow-up processes for inbound leads.
• Assist with CRM updates, opportunity tracking, and meeting preparation.
• Observe and gradually participate in customer conversations as experience grows.
4) Proposal & Value Case Assistance
• Support the creation of proposals, scopes, and pricing drafts.
• Help build simple ROI models and business value narratives.
• Assist with RFP/RFI research and responses.
5) Sales & Demo Process Improvement
• Help refine discovery question sets and demo templates.
• Analyze inbound lead patterns and campaign effectiveness.
• Contribute ideas to improve demo clarity and sales efficiency.
6) Market & Product Learning
• Research industry trends in supply chain planning and AI.
• Track competitor positioning and summarize findings.
• Share customer and market insights with Product and Sales teams.
• Assist in creating new demo scenarios aligned to market demand.
Who This Role Is For
Required
• Graduating May 2026 or earlier, or graduated within the past 12 months.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Systems Engineering, Business Analytics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a closely related quantitative or operations-focused field.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort learning complex systems and explaining them clearly to non-technical audiences.
Preferred
• Exposure to supply chain concepts (demand planning, inventory, S&OP, IBP, fulfillment).
• Internship, project, or coursework experience in SaaS, consulting, analytics, or operations.
• Familiarity with CRM tools or business software.
• Interest in AI-driven, data-intensive, or enterprise software products.
Digital & Productivity Skills
• Comfortable using Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) for research, summarization, storytelling, and productivity.
• Strong PowerPoint skills for executive-ready slides and demo narratives.
• Working knowledge of Excel (analysis, basic models, pivot tables).
• Ability to incorporate AI-assisted insights into presentations and written materials.
