Job Description
Role Description
The Premier Lacrosse League is looking for a product management intern to help our team deliver products that delight fans. This cross-functional role will support the design, development, and marketing of the PLL App and Website.
- Support the development of PLL product features such as the PLL App, PLL Fantasy, and PLL Nation
- Create user journeys for fans and customers
- Support the operation of in-app features (Fantasy, Pick’em, Trivia, Game Predictor, and Chat)
- Prioritize user stories for engineering team
- Conduct user research and analyze user data
Qualifications
- Self-starter with a passion for creative problem-solving
- Passionate about technology and user experience
- Comfortable learning new skills quickly and using a variety of digital tools
- Experience in app/web design, development, or product management
- Experience using AI like Claude, ChatGPT, etc. is a plus
- Experience with Figma, Notion, or Asana is a plus
- Experience with app or web design, product management, or digital marketing is a plus
Requirements
- $15 - $18/hour depending on location
- Compensation will meet all applicable state and local minimum wage requirements.

Co-founded by lacrosse superstar Paul Rabil and his brother, serial entrepreneur and investor, Mike Rabil, the Premier Lacrosse League is backed by an investment group composed of Joe Tsai Sports, The Raine Group, Creative Artists Agency (CAA), and other top investors in sports and media.
