Job Description
• Lead the delivery of strategic consulting projects that help life sciences clients transform their Medical Affairs organizations.
• Manage multi-workstream engagements and ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders.
• Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and contribute to organic growth.
• Manage and mentor consultants and associate directors.
Job Requirements
- Advanced degree preferred: MBA, PharmD, PhD, MD, or equivalent
- 6–10+ years in management consulting or industry roles focused on Medical Affairs strategy and organizational effectiveness
- Proven experience in project leadership, team management, and client engagement
- Strong understanding of Medical Affairs functions and their role in evidence generation, stakeholder engagement, and lifecycle management
- Exceptional communication, executive presence, and problem-solving skills
