Role Description

This role involves transforming marketing data into actionable insights that will significantly impact overall business performance.

• Build and maintain KPI dashboards in Looker Studio from scratch
• Integrate data from various platforms including Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, and more
• Track and visualize key marketing metrics such as CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates
• Evolve dashboards as new products and campaigns are launched
• Collaborate with the Head of Growth to define KPIs and reporting needs
• Document dashboard logic and data sources for long-term scalability
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to identify insights and optimization opportunities

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics or data visualization
• Proficiency in Looker Studio (Google Data Studio)
• Experience with eCommerce data from platforms like Shopify or advertising solutions
• Strong understanding of marketing performance metrics
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Ability to communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment with multiple priorities
• Ability to work US hours
