Role Description
This role involves leading product teams to build the next generation of AI-driven measurement and attribution solutions in the video advertising space.
- Oversee the strategic direction of core measurement offerings including Audience, Outcomes, and Creative.
- Responsible for scaling products that provide clear direction on media performance.
- Lead the shift from historical reporting to predictive AI-driven intelligence.
Responsibilities
- Product Strategy and Vision: Define and communicate a clear product vision in alignment with overarching portfolio strategy and iSpot's overall business objectives.
- Market Analysis and Research: Drive your team to complete comprehensive market research to identify opportunities, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions.
- Product Roadmap: Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business value and customer feedback.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead product development and collaborate with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
- Customer Advocacy: Serve as the voice of the customer, ensuring that their needs and feedback are central to product development.
- Performance Metrics: Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
- Team Development: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing product management team.
- Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate product strategy, progress, and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years focused on multi-touch attribution (MTA), outcomes measurement, or marketing effectiveness.
- Deep expertise in the measurement and identity ecosystem, including a strong understanding of identity resolution and Data Clean Rooms.
- Proven experience scaling GenAI and ML products to enterprise production.
- Proven track record of scaling established products and driving continued growth and adoption.
- Experience operating in a hands-on leadership role, mentoring junior product managers.
- Strong technical and data acumen, with the ability to lead discussions with engineering and data science teams.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree is a plus.

- Target cash compensation range: $207,310 - $269,500 USD Annually.
- Participation in iSpot’s equity plan to receive stock options.
- Eligibility for (pre-approved) overtime pay for non-exempt roles.
Hybrid & Flexible Workplace Policy
- iSpot supports a hybrid and flexible workplace.
- Employees may be designated as full-time or part-time office-based or fully remote.
- Local employees will work a hybrid schedule, coming into the office 1-3 days a week.
- Remote employees located further away from offices will work a fully remote schedule.
