- Compensation: $19-$23/hr plus additional opportunities for $$$
- Work closely with technicians, service managers, and CSRs to ensure customer expectations are met.
- Dispatch service calls by priority, urgency, and profitability to meet/exceed daily revenue goals.
- Provide regular updates to customers and reschedule or advance calls according to company guidelines.
- Collaborate with field supervisors to ensure first calls for the next day are strategically assigned.
- Coordinate multifaceted jobs and facilitate communication between technicians and vendors.
- Relay accurate information to technicians regarding customer concerns to ensure best-in-class service.
- Respond to customer requests, resolve issues, and promote the company brand.
- Provide backup support for incoming service calls as needed.
- Participate in training to boost sales and ensure quick, accurate dispatching.
- Required: 1+ years of professional dispatching experience, preferably in home trade services.
- Required: Ability to travel to regional branch locations for training as needed.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 2+ years of customer service experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills across different personalities and styles.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in fast-paced, high-demand peak seasons.
- IT competent: Efficient typist, proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and phone systems.
- Experience in an HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical setting is highly preferred.
- Experience with Service Titan is a plus!
