Role Description
This is a senior, high-impact role for an accomplished marketing leader who can shape and scale a full-funnel marketing function in a fast-growing enterprise AI/SaaS environment. You will own demand generation, field marketing, and content/brand strategy to drive qualified pipeline, revenue growth, and enterprise adoption. The role combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, including building and leading a high-performing team, optimizing marketing technology, and aligning closely with Sales to maximize impact. You will manage both internal teams and external partners, setting the standard for excellence in marketing operations and storytelling. This position is ideal for a metrics-driven, entrepreneurial marketer who thrives in early-stage, high-visibility environments and is passionate about connecting technical solutions to business outcomes.
- Lead marketing strategy and execution across demand generation, field marketing, and content/brand to drive pipeline and revenue growth
- Build and manage a modern, always-on marketing engine leveraging AI, automation, and data-driven insights
- Develop and optimize the marketing tech stack and reporting infrastructure to enable measurement, forecasting, and performance tracking
- Align marketing and sales teams through pipeline math, dashboards, business reviews, and accountability processes
- Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering talent and setting high organizational standards
- Manage external partners across PR, creative, and digital initiatives to ensure efficiency and quality
- Continuously innovate marketing programs and experiments to improve engagement, adoption, and conversion
Qualifications
- 10–15+ years of progressive marketing experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise AI/ML, including at least 5+ years building and leading marketing teams at high-growth companies
- Strong generalist background spanning demand generation, product marketing, field marketing, and content/brand strategy
- Proven ability to market complex technical solutions to Fortune 500/1000 buyers and connect storytelling to revenue outcomes
- Deep understanding of B2B buyer journeys, marketing automation, and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot)
- Metrics-driven with experience hitting pipeline and revenue targets, budgeting, and forecasting
- Experience managing and consolidating external partners across PR, creative, and digital channels
- Excellent communication, team-building, and leadership skills, thriving in high-visibility, early-stage environments
- Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable executing both strategy and hands-on marketing initiatives
- Remote work capability with occasional travel as required
