Job Requirements
- Minimum of five (5) or more years of experience in Project and Process Management.
- A proven track record of leading complex, international initiatives—ideally within the Automotive or heavy manufacturing sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to lead SAP-driven improvements from analysis and design through implementation.
- Deep understanding of logistics and production flows within the SAP environment.
- Hands-on experience in SAP consulting and customizing across MM, WM, PP, SD, and PM.
- Solid understanding of material flow planning, WMS, and Material Resource Planning (MRP).
- Ability to engage and influence stakeholders across diverse international regions.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on solving business problems through technology.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical SAP logic to non-technical business leaders.
