Screening & Candidate Qualification
- Conduct initial candidate screening to assess technical alignment, experience, availability, and interest
- Evaluate candidate fit against role requirements prior to handoff
- Prepare clear, structured candidate summaries for recruiter handoff
- Ensure a smooth transition of qualified candidates into the recruitment process
Pipeline Management
- Develop and maintain long-term talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Track, update, and maintain candidate records accurately and on time within internal systems
- Partner closely with recruiters to prioritize pipelines based on project timelines and hiring demand
