Role Description
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager at Deltek, you will lead go-to-market strategy for Deltek’s small business solutions for professional services firms. You will drive growth through clear positioning, differentiated messaging, and disciplined execution across a portfolio of small business offerings.
This is a senior individual contributor role with broad scope and visibility. You will own solution- and portfolio-level go-to-market leadership, including:
- Launching new and evolving AI-enabled capabilities
- Aligning cross-product narratives around Deltek’s platform strategy
- Supporting customers’ transition to cloud-based solutions
This role is ideal for an experienced product marketer who has successfully taken solutions to market, operates comfortably in ambiguity, and applies an AI-first mindset to both product positioning and go-to-market execution.
The role reports to the Sr. Director of Product Marketing for Professional Services and partners closely with Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and other key stakeholders supporting Deltek’s SMB business.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in product marketing, solutions marketing, or go-to-market roles
- Demonstrated experience taking products, solutions, or platforms to market
- Strong background in B2B software or technology companies (SaaS preferred)
- Experience marketing AI-enabled or intelligent software capabilities
- Proven ability to develop outcome-based, value-driven messaging
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Experience working effectively in matrixed organizations and influencing without authority
- Willingness to travel up to 10–20% annually
