Role Description

This role involves leading and developing a growing research practice within a multi-product ecosystem.

  • Define and evolve UX Research strategy across the product ecosystem.
  • Translate complex customer questions into actionable research approaches.
  • Design and implement a scalable research operating model.
  • Lead and develop a team of UX Researchers, maintaining high standards.
  • Clarify roles in research led by UX Researchers versus enabled across teams.
  • Incorporate AI into research workflows for improved efficiency.
  • Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering to inform decisions.
  • Support the integration of user insights into product strategy.

Qualifications

  • Eight or more years of experience in primary user research.
  • Two or more years managing and developing UX Researchers.
  • Experience in building or maturing a UX Research function.
  • Strong command of qualitative and mixed methods.
  • Ability to connect research insights to business outcomes.
  • Experience designing research systems for non-researchers.
  • Ability to maintain research quality in democratized environments.
  • Experience thoughtfully integrating AI into research workflows.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
