Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, or equivalent level of demonstrable professional competency
- 8 years + in delivery and/or consulting type role
- Deep understanding of the P&C insurance domain
- Hands-on experience with the Guidewire InsuranceSuite
- Hands-on experience with Guidewire Migration tools - PMT, CMT, BMT
- Previous large scale data migration experience
- Familiarity with data processing and ETL concepts
- Strong OOP skills
- Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases
- Proficiency in SQL
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Effective leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment
- Ability to work independently and within a team
