Job Description
• Lead the Design Strategy for Global Acquisition: Design and optimize the end-to-end payment experiences for new members.
• Evolve Payments Platform: Champion the evolution of Payments as a Service.
• Enable New Market and Product Launches: Partner directly with Regional teams, Engineering, and Product Management.
• System Foundation: Own and contribute to the foundation of our payments design system.
• Drive Cross-Functional Commerce Innovation: Define how payment methods are integrated and presented.
• Simplify Global Complexity: Synthesize regulatory, localization, and technical constraints into elegant user flows.
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of product design experience, with a background in designing large-scale systems and platforms.
- Demonstrated Expertise in Cross-Functional Influence: Proven ability to partner with engineering, product management, and business stakeholders.
- Deep Systems Thinking: Highly skilled at solving for scale by creating reusable, foundational components and patterns.
- Experience in Global/Localization: Familiarity with unique design challenges inherent in international product expansion.
- Mastery of Simplification: Ability to translate complex, technical, or regulated processes into clear and seamless user experiences.
- Domain experience designing for payments, e-commerce, financial services, or global platforms is a strong plus.
