Job Description
• Lead the development and delivery of tailored assessment and service solutions
• Drive strategic customer engagements and align technology solutions with business outcomes
• Partner with CDW sales and delivery leaders to define go-to-market strategies and ensure successful deal closure
• Serve as a recognized subject matter expert in ServiceNow and mentor other architects and sales professionals
• Actively participate in industry events and conferences
• Produce thought leadership content and enablement material
• Build and sustain deep relationships with customers and technology partners
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years delivering, architecting or selling complex technical solutions
- Or, 14+ years delivering, architecting or selling complex technical solutions
- Deep ServiceNow domain knowledge
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Proven track record of success in developing high-impact ServiceNow solutions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong coaching and mentoring abilities
- Thought leadership in the form of published content or public speaking
- Master’s degree in business, Technology, or a related field, a plus
- Experience building go-to-market strategies, a plus
- Recognition as an industry expert in one or more verticals, a plus
