Job Description

• First point of contact with customer cultivating customer relationship and customer satisfaction. • Proactive network monitoring network relating to system performance impairments and hardware/software faults. • Respond to network alarms and events in a timely fashion. • Perform triage, fault isolation, and remediation of network events. • Driving internal process management through issue support and resolving customer issues. • Process tickets which may include escalations, alarms, incidents and service requests reported by monitoring tools, ticketing portals, calls, and emails.

Job Requirements

  • Basic understanding in network design.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills along with exceptional ability to listen and interpret.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to take direction.
  • Ability to work well in team environment.
  • Knowledge of network.
  • Ability to prioritize daily workflow.
  • Ability to communicate effectively to both customers and team members.
  • Ability to plan and be proactive in approach, must possess the ability to solve problems.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret applicable technical documentation, system reports, software licenses and contracts.
