Role Description

As Wrike continues to scale globally, we’re reimagining how People Operations delivers consistent, high-quality employee experiences while maintaining operational agility and compliance across regions.

We’re hiring a People Operations Specialist (AMS) to own and elevate the employee experience across our U.S. and Costa Rica workforce. This role sits at the center of execution — strengthening and scaling the operational foundation that supports every stage of the employee journey.

As a hands-on individual contributor within a global People Operations model, you will:

  • Partner closely with the Director, Global People Operations, Team Leads, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Ensure our people processes are seamless, scalable, compliant, and experience-driven across jurisdictions.
  • Thrive in a lean, fast-moving environment — balancing precision with empathy, operational rigor with thoughtful engagement, and autonomy with sound judgment.
  • Comfortably work remotely, collaborating across time zones, and contributing meaningfully to a distributed global team.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience owning end-to-end employee lifecycle execution, benefits administration, compliance processes, and payroll inputs.
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation discipline.
  • Experience collaborating effectively across HRBPs, Payroll providers, Finance, IT, and local leadership.

Requirements

  • Operational depth in People Operations workflows.
  • Execution-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities without losing detail.
  • Comfortable leveraging HR systems, automation, and AI-enabled tools.
  • Understanding of regulatory alignment, clean data, and defensible processes.

Compensation

The range below reflects the base salary for this full-time position and applies to all U.S. locations, excluding benefits, discretionary bonuses, and other incentives. The final offer within this range will consider factors such as the role, seniority level, geographic location, and employment contract type.

Total compensation pay range: $80,000 - $85,000 USD
