This position involves acting as a strategic partner to the CEO, enhancing their productivity and focus by managing complex schedules and priorities.
- Own and optimize the CEO’s calendar, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal leaders and external stakeholders.
- Draft and refine communications on behalf of the CEO, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission.
- Coordinate board and leadership materials with a focus on confidentiality and professionalism.
- Track CEO-level initiatives and drive accountability across teams.
- Improve executive workflows and communication systems for increased efficiency.
- Plan and execute complex travel arrangements and high-profile event participation.
Qualifications
- 5+ years supporting C-suite executives in technology or fintech environments.
- Experience in fast-paced, globally distributed organizations.
- High proficiency in managing complex inboxes and executive communications.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Meticulous, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
- Strong proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, Confluence, JIRA, and Microsoft Office.
- Japanese language proficiency preferred.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and maintain composure under pressure.
