Role Description

This role is about opening doors and moving promising conversations forward. As the Sales Representative, you will:

  • Research and target the right companies
  • Run thoughtful outreach across email, phone, LinkedIn, and meetings
  • Build genuine relationships that turn first contacts into qualified opportunities
  • Prepare agendas, briefs, and materials
  • Keep meetings on track with clear next steps
  • Send timely follow-ups and log key details in the CRM
  • Represent Long Capture at industry events
  • Engage in both strategic and routine tasks

Qualifications

  • 0-2 years in sales or client-facing roles
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a large network of contacts
  • Ability to follow structured processes
  • Comfortable running outreach cadences via email, phone, LinkedIn, and live meetings
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-up to keep leads warm
  • Highly organized and time-efficient
  • Strong business writing and organization skills
  • Clear verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Ability to breakdown complicated information into layman’s terms
  • Demonstrated sense of responsibility and ability to work independently
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance
  • Ability to handle repetitive tasks
  • Comfortable with receiving constructive feedback
  • Growth mindset and adaptability
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to travel at least 25% of the time

Requirements

  • Familiarity with military organizational structure and culture (a plus)
  • Previous experience using CRM software (i.e., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platform) (a plus)

  • $60,000 - $65,000 annual salary, plus commission
