Role Description

The Senior Technical Project Manager (TPM) for the Data & Analytics team is responsible for orchestrating end‑to‑end delivery of data engineering, analytics, and reporting initiatives across the enterprise. This role ensures tight coordination across Data Engineering, Data Operations, Analytics, Product, Engineering, and cross‑functional business partners. The TPM will drive project planning, execution, risk management, and communication for both strategic and operational initiatives—ranging from data platform enhancements and pipeline development to analytics product delivery and client‑facing reporting improvements. This is a highly collaborative technical program leadership role requiring strong project discipline, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate between technical and business contexts.

  • Lead planning and execution of Data Engineering initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise OKRs and product roadmaps.
  • Proactively map and manage technical dependencies across multiple teams (e.g., platform, client, data and analytics, production support, DevOps, etc), ensuring that harmony between dependencies are identified and resolved well in advance of deployment.
  • Drive operational excellence by championing and optimizing Agile workflows; support teams in grooming, stand ups, sprint planning, acceptance testing, and retrospectives to ensure a predictable and sustainable delivery cadence.
  • Maintain real-time visibility into the program health, using data-driven insights to communicate executional progress, release readiness, risk management, capacity and utilization constraints, and timeline impacts to cross functional and executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience required.
  • Minimum of 5 years as a TPM or Release Manager in a software engineering organization.
  • Strong knowledge of project management fundamentals, including scope management, timeline management, resource management, communication management, risk management, and stakeholder management.
  • Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and client/server architecture.
  • Deep expertise in managing complex programs using Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools, with a proven ability to manage dependencies in a scaled Agile environment.
  • Exceptional ability to distill complex technical development and release plans into clear, actionable updates for a variety of stakeholders, including engineering teams, senior and executive leadership, and clinical stakeholders among others.
  • Experience with scaled Agile frameworks (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, PMI-ACP, etc), specifically within regulated software environments.

Benefits

  • Full benefit package on your first day.
  • Company bonus.
  • Modern and engaging offices.
  • Fun, collaborative environment with social activities and community events.
