Job Description
Role Description
This role involves supporting the growth of the American Heritage Girls (AHG) Program through the new Troop charter process.
- Exhibit a Christ-like, servant-leadership spirit while casting vision for AHG's collaboration with Charter Organizations.
- Pray for, encourage, and assist leads through the new Troop chartering process.
- Serve as the main point of contact for Charter Organization prospects within assigned states.
- Increase AHG impact and awareness through proactive sales calls and emails to new Troop prospects.
- Engage in follow-up processes using effective sales strategies to facilitate new AHG Troops.
- Support AHG's Vision and Mission by ensuring Charter Organizations align with AHG values.
- Collaborate with Growth and Marketing Teams to engage new Charter Organizations.
- Represent AHG at conventions/conferences to raise awareness and secure new leads.
- Provide input on pain points in the Troop chartering process and customer needs.
- Engage in monthly workflow plans with work assignments and goals.
- Maintain organized data of prospects and active leads in the chartering and sales process.
- Participate in team, department, and AHG, Inc. Staff meetings.
- Attend weekly vision casting meetings, daily prayer, and monthly Bible studies.
- Adhere to all Employee Handbook policies.
Qualifications
- Passion for serving God in the AHG Ministry and a strong desire to help others succeed.
- Agreement with AHG’s Statement of Faith; must maintain a strong relationship with Christ.
- Strong understanding of the AHG Program and the needs of a Volunteer.
- AHG Troop experience and a college degree is preferred but not required.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and teach-ability.
- Goal oriented and self-directed.
- Strong skills in relational sales, communication, listening, coaching, conflict resolution, time management, and organization.
- Willingness to learn new concepts and be coached.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; experience with HubSpot is a plus.
- Professional demeanor in dress, attitude, behavior, and loyalty to the AHG Ministry.
- Advocate for healthy office culture.
- Ability to walk long distances, stand for long periods, and lift up to 25 pounds.
