Job Description
Temporary position for 11 months.
As a Student Job, Claims Reporting Specialist, you will assist our clients in opening new claims with regards to damages to their home or auto properties. You will provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients during unprecedented events and guide them through the claims process. You help build and maintain business relationships with members and clients. You will educate and inform our clients on our digital tools to ensure an effective and efficient claims experience. You ensure member/client satisfaction and service quality in accordance with the organization’s standards and procedures. You will be required to review client's insurance policy coverages, initiate a first notice of loss, inform clients of preferred partners and liaisons, and assign the file to our Claim Advisors. Emotional intelligence, interpersonal and digital savvy is therefore essential. More specifically, you will be required to:
Establish an advisory relationship by identifying current and potential needs and supporting client retention
Review client needs and compile and analyze data. Handle requests and follow up as needed
Assist members and clients, listen to their needs and propose personalized solutions
Help identify your unit’s operational risks and opportunities for improvement
Stay on top of the latest standards, products and services in your field

College diploma in a related field
A minimum of one year of relevant experience
