• Own the tools and environments engineers use to write code: from local dev setup and AI-agent sandboxes to AI coding tools configured with org-specific context and best practices. • Build a developer tooling ecosystem that other engineers can easily extend and contribute to to enable and encourage contribution from across the organization. • Improve the code review experience through better tooling, automation, and workflows that increase velocity without sacrificing rigor. • Increase the speed and reliability of building and deploying code to production: CI/CD pipelines, test infrastructure, feature flags, and deployment workflows. • Instrument and measure developer experience, using data to identify bottlenecks and prioritize the highest-leverage improvements.
