Role Description

The Head of Invoice Simple is the senior leader accountable for the overall performance, strategy, and execution of the Invoice Simple product. Reporting to the GM, this role operates as the senior leader for Invoice Simple, with end-to-end responsibility for product direction, growth, and business outcomes.

  • Own the overall performance of Invoice Simple, including revenue growth, retention, engagement, and profitability.
  • Be accountable for business-level outcomes and trade-offs, focusing resources on the highest-impact opportunities.
  • Partner with Planning & Insights to set targets, track performance, and adjust strategy as needed.
  • Define and evolve the product and growth strategy for Invoice Simple in partnership with Marketing, Product, and Engineering.
  • Ensure product-led growth principles are applied across onboarding, activation, pricing, and expansion.
  • Align Product, Engineering, Growth, Marketing, Data, Research, and Support around a clear execution plan.
  • Provide clarity on priorities and sequencing to drive effective execution without direct line management.
  • Act as the decision-maker for cross-functional trade-offs impacting the Invoice Simple business.
  • Align Invoice Simple with the EverPro portfolio and Payments initiatives where it creates customer or business value.
  • Communicate clearly with senior leadership on performance, risks, and opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in SaaS product, growth, or general management roles, with ownership of business-level outcomes.
  • Proven experience leading a SaaS product or product line with accountability for revenue growth, retention, and profitability.
  • Strong understanding of product-led growth and subscription SaaS economics.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Growth, Marketing, Data, and Customer teams.
  • Experience setting strategy, making trade-offs, and driving execution without direct line management of all contributors.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with comfort using data to guide priorities and assess performance.
  • Clear, confident communicator with experience presenting to senior leadership and influencing outcomes.
  • BS/BA required; advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred.

The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. This role can be based anywhere in Canada or the United States – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely.
