The Sr. Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for executing on the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our platform, including - identifying related technology functions, including user account maintenance, efficient workflows, data integrations, analytical reports, and dashboards, implementing user friendly best practices, training and communicating changes, and other routine tasks to support PA team associates.Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage ongoing maintenance, configuration and administration of Salesforce, including, but not limited to, dashboards, reports, forms, templates, page layouts, workflows, and approval processes
Promote system health and data integrity by auditing and troubleshooting to determine potential errors in the system and driving resolution
Subject matter expert (SME) to identify, develop and deploy new business processes
Support and collaborate with PA associates to facilitate user experience-based feedback
Recommend, manage, and implement improvements, automations, and industry best practices to the current process/system/workflow
Perform program changes to Salesforce objects
Manage projects to develop and implement integrations between Salesforce and other software platforms
Develop training materials and train new users on system, new features, enhancements, or changes to system
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications – Education, Work Experience, Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field
10 years of relevant experience in Salesforce Administration
Prior knowledge of systems integration and strong project management skills
Strong technical background and understanding of Salesforce and other technology platforms
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize projects simultaneously and manage day-to-day priorities
Capable of organizing multiple projects, staying focused and working effectively with little day-to-day supervision
Dependable, reliable, honest, and respectful of others
Travel Requirements & Working Conditions:
5-10% travel required
