Role Description

We’re looking for strong and strategic regional Sales Managers to oversee either our East Coast or West Coast sales operations. This role blends team leadership, direct sales, and marketing execution. You will manage a team of Inside Sales Agents (ISAs), work with appointment setters, and report to the Sales Director to help Scale Virtually grow across your assigned region.

  • Lead Generation / Marketing
    • Represent Scale Virtually at events, conferences, and webinars.
    • Build and manage affiliate and referral programs.
    • Run upsell and add-on campaigns to existing clients.
    • Launch regional cold calling, email campaigns, and drip sequences.
  • Sales Execution
    • Convert inbound and outbound leads into paying clients.
    • Schedule and host Zoom discovery calls with prospects.
    • Present pricing structures (hourly rate + setup fee) and handle objections.
    • Use client testimonials and case studies to build trust and close deals.
  • Lead Management
    • Qualify and track leads using HubSpot.
    • Coordinate follow-ups, appointment confirmations, and client communications.
    • Ensure all data and notes are updated in CRM.
  • Long-Term Follow-Up
    • Maintain long-term lead engagement via personalized calls, texts, and emails.
    • Resend contracts and renegotiate offers as needed.
    • Book IPEC calls and keep warm leads moving toward conversion.

Qualifications

  • 2–3+ years in a sales leadership role with a proven track record.
  • Proficient in HubSpot, Kixie, and Zoom.
  • Strong interpersonal and coaching skills.
  • Experience managing distributed teams and handling remote client relationships.
  • A background or connections in real estate or virtual staffing is a plus.
