Impact Advisors is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Workday Supply Chain Consultant to join our team. In this role your expertise in healthcare operations will fuel transformational change for our clients. You will be a part of a team that is passionate about driving process improvements and cost savings through innovative solutions. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with clients to understand their needs, develop solutions, and implement Workday's cutting-edge supply chain management software.
- Be a catalyst for change as you act as a trusted advisor to healthcare clients, providing expert advice on industry-leading supply chain best practices
- Take the lead on client engagements, using your sharp analytical skills to identify areas for improvement and developing solutions that are tailored to their needs
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements, design processes, and configure the software to bring their supply chain operations to the next level
- Conduct business process analysis that pushes the boundaries of what's possible, developing workflows and process maps that will drive efficiency and effectiveness
- Configure Workday Supply Chain Management modules based on the established design
- Be at the forefront of project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring projects are completed on-time, within scope and budget, and to the highest standards
- Be the voice of innovation as you present solutions and best practices to clients, stakeholders and internal teams
- Stay ahead of the curve by staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in healthcare supply chain management
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in supply chain operations within the healthcare industry, with a proven track record of driving change and making a difference
- Workday certification preferred
- Experience as a workstream lead for Workday Supply Chain Management implementation projects
- Strong understanding of healthcare supply chain management processes and operations, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics
- Knowledge of Workday Supply Chain Management or other related supply chain software
- Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills that set you apart from the crowd
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where you will be challenged to bring your A-game every day
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field or equivalent work experience

- At Impact Advisors, we are committed to transparency and equity in our compensation practices. The compensation for this role includes a salary range of $90,650-$200,000.
- For salaried positions, this role may also be eligible for an annual bonus. Additional benefits and perks may also be available, depending on the position and employment terms.
- This range reflects consideration of several factors, including skills, experience, training, certifications, and organizational needs.
