Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team.

  • Work closely with admins, IT, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • Conduct technical analysis to define scalable, feasible solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Build and maintain high-performing Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, and Triggers.
  • Ensure smooth deployments using Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Salesforce DevOps best practices.
  • Identify, debug, and resolve complex technical issues to minimize downtime and enhance performance.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices to continuously improve the system.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and configuration.
  • Good knowledge of Apex, Lightning Components (LWC), Flow, and Triggers.
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing/Pardot.
  • Expertise in Salesforce administration, data management, and security configurations.
  • Background with version control systems (e.g., Git) and deployment best practices.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing competing priorities.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

Requirements

  • Experience working with CPQ, billing processes, or subscription-based business models.
  • Holding Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201, ADM-211).
  • Holding Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification.
  • Holding Salesforce Platform Developer Certification.
  • Having strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
