Job Overview

Impact Advisors is seeking a dynamic and motivated Change Management & Communications Director to join our Oracle Health team. In this role, you will be instrumental in leading enterprise change strategy for large-scale Oracle Health (Cerner) EHR transformations, driving adoption, organizational readiness, and sustained operational improvement across clinical, operational, and revenue cycle domains. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to client success while making a meaningful impact on the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies aligned to Oracle Health implementation roadmaps
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive sponsors, providing insight into organizational risk, adoption barriers, and readiness indicators  
  • Design and deploy multi-channel communications tailored to diverse stakeholder groups, including physicians, clinical staff, operational leaders, and boards
  • Define measurable adoption KPIs, lead readiness assessments, and report progress and risk mitigation plans to steering committees
  • Lead change consultants, engagement managers, and client-based change networks to ensure consistent and effective execution

Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
  • Experience Requirement: 10+ years of healthcare experience, including 5+ years leading enterprise EHR change initiatives, demonstrated experience with Oracle Health (Cerner) or large-scale EHR conversions

  • Strong organizational psychology and stakeholder management expertise

  • Change measurement and adoption analytics
  • Consulting leadership experience

Additional Information

  • Travel: Client dependent travel up to 50%

At Impact Advisors, we are committed to transparency and equity in our compensation practices. The compensation for this role includes an hourly pay rate of $90-110. For salaried positions, this role may also be eligible for an annual performance bonus. Additional benefits and perks may also be available, depending on the position and employment terms.

This range reflects consideration of several factors, including skills, experience, training, certifications, and organizational needs.
