Job Overview
Impact Advisors is seeking a dynamic and motivated Epic Revenue Cycle Director to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in guiding multiple teams in driving operational process improvement. Your depth and breadth of consulting experience will help you develop other leaders on the team as well as internal programs and methodology.

Responsibilities
Lead and execute Epic revenue cycle optimization initiatives, ensuring efficient and effective use of Epic modules to enhance revenue cycle performance.
Direct large-scale, complex projects and teams, producing meaningful results on time and on budget.
Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand business requirements, identify gaps, and implement solutions aligned with industry best practices.
Drive business development by generating new client relationships and growing established partnerships.
Provide expertise on Epic functionality, configurations, and workflow optimizations.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required.
Authorized to work in the US.
Skills and Competencies
Extensive experience (8+ years) in revenue cycle management within a healthcare setting, with a focus on Epic systems.
In-depth knowledge of Epic modules such as Resolute Hospital Billing, Resolute Professional Billing, and Cadence.
Proven track record of successful leadership in revenue cycle optimization projects.
Additional Information
Travel: Able to travel 80% of the time.
Compensation: At Impact Advisors, we prioritize transparency and equity in our compensation practices. This role has a salary range of $192,000 – $275,000 and may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. This range accounts for various factors, including skills, experience, training, certifications, and organizational needs.
For salaried positions, this role may also be eligible for an annual performance bonus. Additional benefits and perks may also be available, depending on the position and employment terms. This range reflects consideration of several factors, including skills, experience, training, certifications, and organizational needs.
