Job Description
• Manage marketing projects involving cross functional teams with strict timelines and milestones.
• Report on the process of marketing projects to leadership with details around accomplishments and risks.
• Develop and analyze reports from our CRM tool, competitive and current install base reports.
• Work alongside Global Product Managers to track, maintain and manage marketing projects.
• Develop product knowledge and function as a resource for customers, Sales, and Contracts personnel.
• Work with the Marketing organization to provide input to product design, development and release process for the Infusion Systems portfolios.
• Support Marketing, Sales and clinical support teams through the development and maintenance of various marketing collateral.
• Develop hands-on, in-depth knowledge of competitive products and maintain technical analysis of competitive strengths and weaknesses.
• Monitor competitor activity and current industry/clinical activity through published papers, studies, and media.
• Identify opportunities to enhance existing product offerings and communicate to the upstream product development team.
• Provide product knowledge and training to internal stakeholders.
• Respond to and support RFP and RFI requests for the Infusion Systems portfolios.
• Administer our RFP response tools with CQI efforts, including RFP debriefing and analytics.
• Work on special assignments as they arise.
Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required; additional consideration for an MBA and/or technical undergraduate degree
- Prior product management experience is preferred but not required.
- Experience with project management and collaboration tools to keep work organized and visible is a plus.
- 2+ years of relevant experience required.
