• Lead the efficiency of technology usage for Diller Teen Fellows and the Diller Teen Tikkun Olam Awards. • Act as the primary administrator for Salesforce, managing user profiles, permission sets, and security settings to ensure data privacy across global regions. • Execute regular data audits and "cleanup" sprints to maintain a high standard of data hygiene. • Build and maintain sophisticated dashboards and custom reports that track program recruitment, alumni engagement, and award applications. • Manage integrations and specific packages, including Enrollment RX for applications and Pardot for automated marketing/email campaigns. • Serve as the internal Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Google Workspace, Monday.com, and Formstack, optimizing workflows to reduce manual data entry. • Manage the front-end of our WordPress-based websites; this includes updating seasonal content, ensuring plugin stability, and managing SEO metadata. • Proactively research and propose new software solutions or automations that solve recurring "pain points" for the program teams. • Act as the technical translator between our internal staff and the host IT departments (JFBA/JFNA).
