• Assist leadership with oversight of the retail team. • Provide feedback, training, and guidance to ensure staff is following department protocol. • Handle escalated phone calls from patients or insurance companies. • Work closely with supervisor and Leadership to develop process improvements. • Ensure customers receive PAP equipment timely. • Ensure audits are accurately completed and submitted on time. • Monitor, communicate, and manage all clients on Positive Airway Pressure devices.
