Job Description

Growth Marketer — WeSponsored

About Us

ProductWind is the first retail influencer marketing platform built specifically to help brands launch products on retail marketplaces like Amazon, Walmart, and Best Buy. We help enterprise brands use influencers to drive content, traffic, product feedback, and share of voice to ramp online sales faster. We're a profitable, fast-growing startup on a mission to bring ROI back to e-commerce marketing.

WeSponsored is our proprietary iOS app that connects brands with influencers, making campaign participation seamless for creators and results-driven for brands. It's the engine that powers influencer activation across ProductWind's platform — and the product at the center of this role.

We're a 25-person team growing fast and looking for a Growth Marketer to help us dramatically scale our user acquisition.

The Role

We need someone to 10x our user base. Today, our acquisition is almost entirely organic and email-based — which means there's a massive opportunity to open up new channels and build a real acquisition engine from scratch.

You'll own user acquisition strategy and execution — figuring out what channels work, getting them running, and scaling the ones that hit. You'll work closely with our product team to make sure the users you bring in actually convert and stick around, but your primary focus is driving a high volume of quality users into the app.

This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role. You'll be the one setting up campaigns, writing ad copy, analyzing performance data, and iterating fast. We're looking for someone who's done this before and can move quickly without a lot of hand-holding.

What You'll Own

  • Channel strategy & execution — Test and scale paid and organic acquisition channels: paid social (Meta, TikTok, etc.), influencer partnerships, content marketing, SEO/ASO, referral programs, community growth, email outreach, and more

  • Creative & messaging — Develop compelling ad creative, landing pages, and messaging that resonates with influencers and creators — you understand what motivates them

  • Campaign management — Run, monitor, and optimize campaigns across channels with a focus on CAC efficiency and volume

  • Referral & viral loops — Design and launch referral programs and other viral mechanisms to turn existing users into an acquisition channel

  • App Store Optimization — Optimize our App Store presence to maximize organic discovery and conversion

  • Analytics & reporting — Track channel performance, build attribution models, and report on key acquisition metrics (CAC, install-to-signup rate, channel mix, etc.)

  • Cross-functional collaboration — Work with product and engineering to ensure smooth handoffs from acquisition to activation, and flag funnel issues that need product fixes

You Might Be a Fit If You

  • Have 3+ years running user acquisition for a consumer mobile app, ideally in a marketplace, creator economy, or social platform

  • Have hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and/or other relevant platforms

  • Can show concrete results — you've scaled channels and can talk through the numbers, what worked, and what didn't

  • Are highly analytical — you live in dashboards, understand attribution, and make decisions based on data

  • Are a strong copywriter and creative thinker — you can write ad copy, brief designers, and have good instincts for what grabs attention

  • Understand the influencer/creator ecosystem — you know what motivates creators and how they discover new tools

  • Are scrappy and self-directed — you don't wait for a playbook, you write it

  • Are comfortable moving fast, testing constantly, and killing things that don't work

What We Offer

  • Benefits: Generous paid leave and choice of medical insurance (US and Canada)
